Founded in 2021 by Grace Whitmore, a Bible teacher and theology graduate with over 15 years of experience in biblical education, the site was born out of a desire to make Scripture more accessible to believers and seekers alike.

Meet Our Founder: Grace Whitmore

Grace grew up in a small town in North Carolina, where her love for the Bible began at an early age. She holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Wheaton College and has served as a Bible study leader, devotional writer, and conference speaker. Her passion lies in helping others understand Scripture with depth, accuracy, and practical application. Grace believes that true transformation begins when we understand not just what the Bible says — but why it was said.

She created BibleVerseExplained.com as a digital space where anyone — whether new in faith or spiritually seasoned — can find clarity, encouragement, and truth rooted in Scripture. Her teaching style combines scholarly research with heartfelt insight, always grounded in prayer and reverence for the Word of God
